The Role
We are looking for an Admin and Logistics Assistant to join our head office team in Morden. This role is ideal for someone with administration experience who wants to be involved in the logistical side of our operations, supporting the scheduling of jobs, coordinating with tenants, arranging engineer parts, and keeping our operations running smoothly. You will play a key role in supporting the team to deliver exceptional service and help the company continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Booking jobs with tenants and coordinating schedules
Liaising with engineers and assisting necessary parts for jobs
Managing job-related data and updates in our management system
Handling incoming calls and emails from clients, tenants, and contractors
General administrative support to the operations team
Contributing ideas to improve admin and logistical processes
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in an office/admin role, ideally with operational or logistical responsibilities
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
Reliable with excellent attention to detail
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
What We Offer
Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm (42.5 hours on site, 37.5 hours paid)
Salary: 22,500 - 24,500 per annum (depending on experience )
