About the Role






As an Admin Support team member, you will play a vital role in assisting our Tour Coordinators to ensure the smooth organisation of our trips. You'll provide essential administrative support that helps deliver an outstanding customer experience from start to finish.



Working closely with the Tour Coordinators, you'll handle a variety of tasks such as managing booking details, maintaining accurate records, preparing documentation, and liaising with suppliers. Your work behind the scenes will help ensure every trip runs smoothly and efficiently.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience We're Looking For





Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role Excellent organisation and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident using MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to support a busy team An interest in travel and/or educational tours is a plus Knowledge of a European language (French, Spanish, German, Italian) is an advantage, but not essential

You're someone who enjoys supporting others and understands the importance of getting the details right. You're happy working behind the scenes, managing multiple admin tasks, and keeping things running smoothly. You're comfortable juggling priorities, staying organised under pressure, and ensuring deadlines are met.



You'll take pride in your work, knowing that your support helps create exceptional experiences for teachers, students, and all those involved in our tours.

Work Arrangements





This is a full time role (36.25 hours per week) and following your induction period we offer hybrid working (at least 3 days per week in the Brighton office).
