As one of the Admin Support Officers, you will be an integral part of our Administration Support Team.
We are looking for a highly organised and pro active individual to join our team to ensure effective service delivery and efficient customer outcomes.

Main Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include:
Develop, implement, and monitor processes to support service delivery and outcomes.
Manage contracts, agreements, and wellbeing initiatives to ensure value and efficiency.
Support project delivery, including health and safety systems and new initiatives.
Handle financial transactions and provide general administrative support.
Oversee systems such as Orbis Lone Working and coordinate training logistics.
Maintain confidential records, ensure data protection compliance, and support FOI requests.
Produce statistical analysis and management information to inform decision-making.
The Ideal Candidate
Ideally for this role you'll:
Have NVQ Level 2 in Business & Finance, Administration, or equivalent qualification.
Be highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively under pressure.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be proficient in using computer-based and financial information systems.
Able to demonstrate a strong customer service ethos and ability to work independently.
Be experienced in handling confidential information and managing workloads to meet deadlines.
