The Role
You will provide essential administrative support to our legal team, helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office. Duties may include:
General office administration and file management
Answering telephone calls and welcoming clients
Document preparation, scanning, and filing
Assisting with correspondence and diary management
Supporting fee earners and colleagues as required
About You
Organised, dependable, and professional in approach
Comfortable working in a busy office environment
Good attention to detail and strong communication skills
Confident using basic IT systems (Word, email, etc.)
Previous office or administrative experience preferred
Legal experience is helpful but
not essential
