We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Administrator to support our HR Manager in delivering exceptional people services across our manufacturing business unit.

Your responsibilities:



Administration



Maintain up?to?date and accurate employee records in line with GDPR and company policy. Support the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, contract changes, and leavers. Maintain and update employee details on the HR/People Management System and within personnel files. Draft offer letters, contracts of employment, and other HR?related documentation. Assist with maintaining HR databases and generating reports (e.g., sickness absence, turnover, compliance). Respond to routine employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures. Monitor annual leave, sickness absence, and other types of leave using HR systems. Organise Occupational Health referrals and manage scheduled reviews. Monitor and manage the HR inbox, responding to general enquiries in a timely manner. Maintain accurate and compliant right to work records.

Recruitment Support



Post job adverts on external job boards and internal platforms. Schedule interviews and liaise with hiring managers, candidates, and recruitment agencies.
Support pre?employment checks, including right?to?work verification and reference requests.


Your profile:

Experience in an HR or administrative role is desirable. Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail. Able to handle multiple tasks and work to deadlines. Confident communicator with a proactive, customer?focused approach. Comfortable working with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
