We are excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Training Administrator to be based onsite at Windrush Court, Abingdon, OX141DY. Option of working from home at least 1 day a week.


HOURS OF WORK -

37.5 Monday to Friday



Join our vibrant, inclusive community in Complex Facilities, Amey Defence Equipment to be main point of contact for all our training support provided to the Ministry of Defence.



Liaise with managers to monitor staff and ensure they are suitably qualified. Track expiry dates and co-ordinate training courses as and when necessary and maintain accurate and accessible records for audit purposes.


What you will do:




Process training requests as received, promptly and efficiently Ensure all external training (for customers) is quoted, approved and invoiced accurately. Monitor internal (Amey Defence Equipment (ADE)) training records to prevent licenses and qualifications from expiring, in line with legal and business requirements Administration of Apprentices Maintain good working relationships with our external training providers Manage demands and process all demands promptly and accurately Verify quotes provided by the training providers Issue joining instructions to delegates Liaise with venues / customers and trainers to ensure the smooth running of each course Maintain accurate training records and issue Certificates for all delegates Collate and distribute monthly training data Manage the day-to-day administrative requirements of the technical team, including accommodation and travel arrangements

What you will bring:




Significant experience with MS Office applications, Outlook, Calendar & Excel Strong experience in a customer facing role Organisational skills and ability to prioritise own workload Previous experience organising training courses or events
