:
Joining as an Administrator/ Accountant working for a growing maintenance and refurbishment company, you will play a vital role in supporting the daily operations of a busy office.
Your Administration duties will include:
Completing purchase orders
Logging jobs
Monitoring/ updating client portals
Coordinating timesheets
Preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports and record
Coordinating schedules and meetings,
Meeting guests, answering incoming calls and managing the mail
Maintaining accurate records of health and safety compliance
Maintaining/ updating staff training records
Assisting with insurance/ vehicle compliance
Coordinating staff holidays/absences
Maintaining/Ordering PPE, Workwear and stationery supplies
Acting as a point of contact between office staff and site teams
Supporting the wider company with ad-hoc tasks such as marketing/company website/Facebook updates
General administrating duties
Your Accounts duties will include:
Payroll (Weekly/ Monthly)
Pensions
Cashbook
Cashflow
Bank Reconciliation
Sales/ Purchase Ledger
Bank payments
VAT returns
P32 submission
Maintaining accounting compliance
Assist the external accountant with year end
What we are looking for:
At least 3 years Administration experiences
Accounts experience (Preferred)
Proven experience in a construction administrator role (Desirable)
Organised and detail orientated, with excellent time management skills
A strong communicator, both written and verbal
Able to work in a team and on your own initiative
Self-motivated
Great customer service skills
Have strong IT skills and be proficient in all basic Microsoft applications, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
Proven experience with Sage (Preferred)
