Administrator / Administrative Assistant with excellent administration, organisational and multitasking skills and strong written and verbal communication skills is required for a casual position at a well-established School Trust.

SALARY: \xc2\xa312.00 per hour + Benefits

LOCATION: Hybrid Working \xe2\x80\x93 Based at the office in Stanmore as well as working from home

We have a fantastic new job opportunity for an Administrator / Administrative Assistant with excellent administration, organisational and multitasking skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working as the Administrator / Administrative Assistant you will oversee office operations, ensuring ad smooth and efficient workflow.

As the Administrator / Administrative Assistant your responsibilities will include managing emails, filing, handling diary appointments and maintaining databases.

DUTIES

Your duties and responsibilities as Administrator / Administrative Assistant will include:

Administrative Support

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow
  • Manage emails, and correspondence, providing timely and professional responses
  • Maintain and organize electronic files, documents, and databases
  • Monitor and streamline administrative processes and enhance efficiency between central team and onsite catering teams
  • Handle general administrative tasks to support the overall efficiency of the company
Personal Assistance
  • Provide personal support to executives, including managing personal schedules and tasks
  • Handle personal correspondence and coordinate personal appointments as needed
Communication and Coordination
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Confidentiality
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise your own workload
  • The ability to work unsupervised in a busy environment
  • Ability to follow strict instructions in a systematic and consistent manner
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Personal Assistant
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
