Role overview:
As a Administration Apprentice in our dynamic Data Centre Services team, you'll be stepping into one of the most innovative and fast-evolving sectors of the facilities management industry. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-performing, mission-critical environments where technology meets precision, and every detail matters. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting the successful delivery of complex projects--ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Job Purpose:



Provide timely and effective administrative support , Assist in the delivery of certain scheduled or ad hoc work functions and provide a range of support duties. The Admin function exists to drive high levels operational performance, Customer engagement financial Controls cross the scope of the contract, through strong communication and close relationships with the management and operational teams.

Duties/Responsibilities:



As our Administration Apprentice primarily supports the management of the key elements of the back office function. You will work towards achieving your business administration qualification by undertaking an recognised apprenticeship and ensure all modules are fully completed. Key responsibilities include:


You will learn how our Skills Matrix is used and book staff on training courses and keep records of all training required, training attended and log all certification and qualification on our simpro system. You will report monthly on mandatory courses via Kallidus and communicate to those who are not compliant, You will learn how to use our holiday planning system and actively take ownership of this. You will learn the job role of the Administrator to enable to cover during holiday and other absence.
