Job Description

On behalf of our client we are seeking an Administrator to join a friendly and busy team based in Avonmouth. Due to the location, your own transport would be ideal. Within this role your responsibilities will include:

  • Data entry/processing sales orders onto the courier system
  • Receiving incoming sales calls, answering customer queries and processing sales orders onto our internal sales system
  • Redirecting incoming calls to the correct department
  • Serving customers in the trade counter
  • Supporting the sales and technical team with general operations
  • Liaising with courier companies regarding customer delivery issues
For this role, our client is seeking someone who has
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage periods of high call volumes and order processing
  • Strong communication skills with a pleasant and friendly telephone manner
  • A good team player
  • Excellent customer service, maintaining good customer relations
  • A courteous and professional approach to customers
  • Computer competent
Based in Avonmouth, working 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday and paying 18,000Job Type: PermanentSalary: 18,000.00 per yearSchedule:
  • Monday to Friday
