: TO ADMINISTER AND CONTROL ALL ASPECTS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. TO GIVE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANCE TO THE GENERAL MANAGER.
To keep all computerised and manual financial, marketing and booking records belonging to Company updated as necessary.
To handle and process customer orders and enquires smoothly.
Answering phones, monitor & answer emails, dealing with members of public
To keep an accurate record of all payments due to suppliers and ensure prompt payment of same.
To keep an accurate record of all payments owing from customers and update records on receipt of same.
To be pro-active in the pursuit of credit control.
To make payment, were applicable, with on-line facilities.
To complete and send all necessary data to General Manager for reports completion.
To monitor and maintain accurate records for required reports data.
To check, monitor, pay and maintain an accurate record of staff expense payments.
To give assistance to the General Manager with administration duties, presentations and other duties as may arise.
Follow all Health and Safety guidelines as per Company Health and Safety policy.
Ensure that you meet Company timekeeping and attendance requirements.
Maintain competent office and hygiene rules at all times.
Give advice and help all other colleagues within the Company whenever needed.
Essential:
Experience in a busy office environment
Demonstrate experience and ability to deliver a smooth service in a fast paced office environment, including answering phones and dealing with members of public in a difficult situation, must be available to work weekends and public/bank holidays
Sound experience with Microsoft Office
This role will include weekend work including a Saturday & Sunday as per rota basis
This ranges from 4 to 16 hours per week with the potential for additional cover as needed.
