Who you'll be supporting & more about the role:



Responsibilities:

Maintaining the 'Fire email account' which involves + sending FRA requests to landlords (and updating the master spreadsheets)
+ Monitoring for returned FRA from landlords (and updating the master spreadsheets/storing the FRA in the correct folder in the regional workspace)
+ Monitoring information returned from Service Leaders/Regional Business Partners in relation to responsibility for and completion of remedial actions (updating the master spreadsheets in the regional workspace)
Maintaining the master spreadsheets (using information from the Fire inbox, legal services (with Lease information/SLAs etc) and escalating any gaps/issues to the FRA working group for action Supporting data requirements (with support) using established pivot tables to allow KPI reporting to execs Supporting the transition of data to CRM (with training and support) in a systematic way (this is dependent on CRM licencing being available) Other basic admin tasks as required by the working group
