The main responsibilities of the post-holder will be to work as part of the Administration Team, undertaking a range of administrative duties., ensuring the provision of efficient and timely administrative support to the Practice team. liaising with staff and external agencies when appropriate, in accordance with current policies.
Main Duties/Key Tasks:
Scanning of letters and correspondence into patient notes
Processing of SARS, Insurance Reports and other patient information requests.
General secretarial & administrative support to the Doctors, Health Professionals and Practice Manager including processing of referrals vis eRs.
Administration of patient recall systems.
Extraction of data from correspondence and input into electronic patient record. Using Docman you will support the coding team.
Uploading, summarising and recording new patient records.
Filing and retrieving paperwork.
General office duties e.g. photocopying, opening and sorting incoming post etc.
Insurance support for private workload including taking payments from patients, coordination with the clinicians to complete the work.

Pay: 12.41 per hour
