About the Role:
We are looking for an Administrator to join our
Beeston
office, working on a
part-time
basis.
As the first point of contact for clients, you will play a key role in delivering a professional, friendly, and efficient service. You'll also support the wider practices through proactive administrative and secretarial duties.
Key Responsibilities:
Co-ordinate and manage the maintenance of records, ensuring regulatory compliance to strict deadlines
Provide professional and timely responses to client queries
Liaise directly with external parties, e.g. HMRC, to help identify and resolve any issues arising
Manage diaries, arrange appointments, attend meetings, and take minutes where required
Carry out typing and general secretarial duties to support the team
Work collaboratively with colleagues to continually seek ways to improve efficiencies in administrative processes
Provide ad hoc support to the directors to ensure the smooth running of the practice
Key Requirements:
Passionate about providing excellent client service and making a positive impact
Confident and friendly demeanour with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and IT literate
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
Additional Requirements:
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
Previous experience in a similar role would be advantageous
