At Raphaels Silverwings we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical and organisational skills, with a proficiency in office management and administrative tasks. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment, supporting various functions, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our organisation.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, including clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Maintain an organised filing system for both physical and electronic documents.
Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, collaboration, and scheduling.
Assist with bookkeeping tasks to ensure accurate financial records.
Coordinate meetings and appointments, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared in advance.
Support the team in project management by tracking progress and deadlines.
Contribute to a positive office environment through effective communication and teamwork.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role is preferred.
Proficiency in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) is essential.
Familiarity with accountancy and payroll is mandatory.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
Ability to type at a proficient speed while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently when required.
Requirements
Holds a Bachelors Degree
Experience in payroll, accounting and admin operations
