Job Description

Connected Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Administrator who will be working closely with the Operations Team with the day to day running of the business and will be based in our Belfast office. This role is essential in facilitating cooperation, resolving issues, and maintaining a consistent flow of information across various departments,

Key responsibilities:




Complete administration of the day-to-day operations department, ensure documents are accurate and up to date.


Serve as a central communication link between internal departments.


Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items.


Maintain accurate records and documentation.


Identify and troubleshoot communication gaps or administrative issues, escalating as needed.


Assist in drafting reports, summaries, and updates for Senior management.


Help prepare for annual inspections


Support area managers with administration functions.


Filing and data entry


Compile monthly and annual reports


Business & KPI reporting.


Support area managers with operational functions

Key Skills/Experience required:




A minimum of 6 months previous administration experience essential, experience within healthcare setting desirable


Communication - ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders at all levels


Problem solving and attention to detail


Ability to work individually and as part of a team


Highly efficient in MS Office systems such as Excel, Word, Outlook and Sharepoint


Experience of compiling and presenting reports
