Purpose of the Role
We're looking for an organised and proactive Admin Coordinator to support our operations. You'll manage scheduling, Excel-based reporting, and general office duties -- ensuring our projects run smoothly and compliantly.
Key Responsibilities
Schedule fire door installations, remedials, and routines. Indeed+8Find a Job+8Indeed+8CV-Library
Maintain and update project logs, Excel spreadsheets, and diaries.
Provide administrative support: emails, calls, documentation.
Assist field teams with logging completion data and timesheets.
Liaise with engineers, suppliers, and clients to coordinate works.
About You

Strong scheduler with excellent attention to detail.
Well?organised, reliable, and communicative.

Confident in Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams).
