Permanent Commercial Administrator

. This role will be remote with occasional travel to Birmingham.


HOURS OF WORK 37.5 Hours per week, Monday - Friday

The Administrator role within our Commercial Division is identifying third parties responsible for damage to street furniture and subsequent recovery of outlays from the responsible party or his insurance company, solicitor, or agent.


What you will do:




Identification of Responsible Parties Maintaining accurate records on database SAP use Upkeep of Subcontract Database and records Onboarding of Subcontractors & PO monitoring Monitoring and upkeep of Commercial Trackers Liaising with key stakeholders Uploading of documents to internal software and applications Maintaining accurate hard copy files Archiving of records & housekeeping

What you will bring:




Good organisational skills Good investigatory skills and excellent eye for detail Strong negotiating skills Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite of products especially Excel and Word
