As Administrator, in your hands, we'll surpass the expectations of our retail partners/ customers and get closer to our aim to be the number one home appliance business in the UK & Ireland.
Our Administrators are responsible for managing the complete administration cycle for the return of faulty products from our customers and retail partners.
You'll provide administrative support to authorised Service Agents who carry out repairs on our behalf. In cases where an appliance is out of warranty and the consumer has a valid service plan, you'll be responsible for the administration surrounding processing claims with the insurance company to retrieve the contractual revenue.
You'll also be involved administrative support of our directly employed service engineer network other ad-hoc tasks in within the department.
