We're looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our friendly team at Chelsea Supplies, a leading supplier of radiators and heating products.
About the Role
As part of our sales and operations team, you'll play a key role in keeping our day-to-day processes running smoothly. Your main responsibilities will include:
Processing and actioning customer orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinating delivery runs and preparing schedules for our drivers
Handling general customer enquiries via phone and email
Providing administrative support across departments as needed
Assisting with various office-based tasks to ensure smooth business operations
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Experienced in administration or office-based work (sales admin experience is an advantage)
Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
A confident communicator with good customer service skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and order management systems
Flexible and willing to assist with other administrative tasks when required
