- Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Maintain phone etiquette when dealing with internal and external queries
- Computerise information using various software applications including Google Suite and Xero

- Proficient in organisational tasks to ensure smooth office operations
- Strong administrative capabilities to handle various tasks effectively
- Office management skills to coordinate office activities efficiently
- Data entry expertise to input and manage information accurately
- Clerical proficiency in handling paperwork and documentation
