We are looking for a proactive and organised Subscriptions Administrator to join the Enterprise Operations team on a 12 month fixed term contract basis.
What will you be doing?
The Subscription Administrator is responsible for delivering all activities necessary to provide access fulfilment and subscription management services to internal and external customers in line with current service level agreements.
Key job accountabilities include:
To capture subscription orders and raise associated invoices promptly and accurately.
To carry out processes and investigative work to ensure our customers get access to content to which they are entitled
Provision of customer service and daily monitoring of task queues and mailbox - first priority being access issues, invoice requests and any payment/cash related anomalies.
Champion of excellent customer service for our internal and external customers
Annual renewal cycle preparation and implementation (free and paid subscriptions).
Timely coding of all supplier invoices.
Provide cover for Transformative Agreement processes as and when required.
About you:
Good level of experience of Microsoft Office software with particular competency in Excel and Outlook
Any experience of Salesforce, FTP software, Dropbox and Webi (Business Objects) would be desirable but not essential
Educated to Maths & English Language GCSE with a good level of numeracy
Excellent communication skills to ensure correspondence is clear, concise and of a high standard.
Good knowledge and experience of customer service; answering customer queries by phone and email.
Be thorough and methodical whilst maintaining a polite and professional approach to all customers.
Problem solver
Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Ability to prioritise work according to urgency and importance
