Blaze Signs Ltd is a well established and respected signage manufacturer based in Kent. This role is required to support our existing teams in providing our clients with the best service and products and join a small support administrator group who will look after the business needs and support teams as they require it. Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and be proficient in managing office tasks efficiently.

This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities and providing support to various departments.

The Administrator will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing communications, creating documentation and assisting with the projects and operations team plus any other department that may need assistance..

Duties



Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, and clerical tasks to maintain an organised workspace. Must have a flexible work attitude and be able to pivot tasks on request. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and colleagues. Utilise 365 to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as required. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations by compiling data accurately. Support the team in scheduling meetings and managing calendars effectively. Handle correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries from clients or stakeholders.

Experience



Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficiency in using office software, particularly 365. Excellent data entry skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with clerical procedures and office management systems plus how to use Ai to improve productivity and workflow from an administration pov is advantageous.

Hours - Monday to Friday 09.00 to 17.00 with 30 minutes unpaid lunch
