Operations Customer Support / Administrator (On-Site, Full-Time)
Location: Bromley, office-based
Hours: 9:00am-5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work for webinars/events
Salary: 25,000-30,000
About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive, organised Customer Support / Administrator to support the smooth running of our property training company. This role takes clients from booking their initial webinar ticket through to onboarding, call booking, and accessing our Academy programme, ensuring a seamless, high-quality client journey.
You will handle administrative, customer service, and operational tasks with a focus on keeping systems updated, clients supported, and management informed with clear reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding: Guide clients from webinar ticket purchase through to accessing
our training, booking calls, and completing onboarding steps.
Customer Service: Manage email, chat, and phone support, handling client enquiries,
refund requests, and onboarding queries with professionalism and care.
Event & Webinar Support: Provide live chat box support during online events,
ensuring attendee queries are managed promptly and efficiently.
Systems Management:
Update and maintain Monday.com with task progress, client status, and operational updates daily.
Manage HubSpot for client communications and tracking.
Utilise Google Drive, Docs, and Sheets for reporting and client data management.
Assist with Kajabi and Zoom for course and event logistics.
Logistics Coordination: Arrange and confirm logistics with attendees before events and webinars.
Reporting: Produce clear, structured reports on onboarding progress, event attendee status, and operational KPIs in Google Sheets.
Process Improvement: Identify and suggest minor process improvements, communicating updates to team members to maintain operational efficiency.
