Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries relating to stock availability, order status, or damaged goods.
Process incoming and outgoing goods while maintaining accurate records in our system.
Liaise with delivery and collection drivers to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Input, maintain, and update stock levels and location data in warehouse systems.
Support stock control activities including inventory checks and resolving discrepancies in collaboration with warehouse and office staff, pickers, and forklift operators.
Use multiple IT systems, including Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook) and in-house warehouse/traffic management systems.
Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, emailing, and documentation management.
Candidate Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
A professional and cooperative approach to working with others.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
High level of computer literacy experience across Microsoft Office and related platforms.
Ability to manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and remain flexible when duties evolve.
Punctual, reliable, and safety-conscious with awareness of warehouse health & safety procedures.
