(Nursing / Residential Home Experience)

28,000 per annum

40 hours per week

Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a forward-thinking and growing organisation. As the Administrator at Acer Lodge, you will be placed at the heart of the home along with the people that live here. This is such a varied role, and no two days will be the same. You will work closely with the Registered Manager with reports, recruitment events and activities within the home. You will carry out pre-employment checks, referencing and ensure offer letters are sent to new team members.


You will form close relationships with people living and working in the home, and you will create and maintain files as well as conducting monthly audits, ensuring complete confidentiality. You will lead the reception team conducting 1:1's and appraisals and ensure budgets are set up and controlled.


We are looking for someone who has experience working as an administrator in a residential or nursing home, working to deadlines, a self-starter who loves to be part of a team. You will need to demonstrate strong IT skills in Excel, Word, Outlook and have an aptitude to learning other software applications.
