, you'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of our compliance and administrative systems. Working closely with our external Health & Safety consultants, you'll ensure that all documentation, records, and certifications are accurate, up to date, and fully compliant with UK legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Work alongside our external Health & Safety company to maintain accurate, compliant documentation.
Oversee the day-to-day running of compliance systems, ensuring company certifications and approvals remain current.
Take ownership of staff inductions for both the office and workshop teams.
Maintain PPE records and manage the ordering and distribution of PPE.
Distribute company policies, procedures, and risk assessments to relevant staff.
Support the completion of company audits and Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs).
Provide general administrative support to thet team as required.
About You:
We're looking for someone with strong attention to detail, great organisational skills, and a proactive attitude. Ideally, you will have previous experience in an administrative role--preferably within a construction, plant hire, or industrial environment--and a working understanding of Health & Safety compliance.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in an administrative role (compliance experience desirable).
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills.
Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office and document management systems).
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
