A rare opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Administrator within our Accounts department in a fast growing manufacturing and repair company. Monday-Friday 8.30am-5.00pm.

Job description:



Ensuring that client information details are kept up to date. Fixing billing errors by issuing credit memos. Creating and sending invoices and statements to customers. Quality control - Checking the data input to ensure the accuracy of the final invoice. Adhoc tasks requested by the Accounts Manager. Handling customer's account queries.

Skills required:



Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong customer service skills. The ability to work independently or as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and working knowledge of accounting software, such as Xero. The ability to consistently meet deadlines and to work well under pressure.
