And as an Administrator with Bellrock, you'll do it by
Administering the site facilities helpdesk operations including processing orders and goods receiving
Process daily FedEx and occasional DHL shipments from site
Provide reception cover when required
Accept incoming deliveries as required
Provide admin support to Location Manager and service team
All the tasks associated with working in a busy office and reception area when required, ensuring an excellent standard of services is provided at all times.
To undertake any specific training when required to do so and overall to have a responsibility towards self-development.
To ensure the confidentiality of all the company's and clients' documentation and information.
To contribute to team performance and adopt a flexible working relationship with other members of team.
To maintain compliance with Health and Safety requirements of the business.
To be familiar with and comply with the requirements of the company's procedures.
What does it take?
If you're ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as an Administrator you'll need
Good level of GCSE/Degree education including English and Maths
Excellent spoken and written English
Good working knowledge of Excel, Word and Email (outlook) essential
Confident and assertive customer service skills
Excellent organisational skills
Data input accuracy, speed and attention to detail
Preferably previous experience in a similar role
Excellent client and customer services professional standards to be maintained at all times plus adherence to agreed protocol and service standards.
Proactive with a "can do" attitude.
Team player and willingness to share tasks.
Ability to work under pressure.
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from our offices based in Surrey. Working hours are 25 per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 1pm.
