We're looking for a compassionate, and organised administrator who is flexible and able to work under pressure and deal with a variety of tasks.


Our Physiotherapy Service provides assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation for a wide range of musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions.

What You'll Do:

Receive and process referrals


Data input information onto patient administrative system (SystmOne)


Act as central point of contact for all calls/enquiries to the Team, redirecting calls, taking messages and dealing with enquiries where appropriate.


Support administrative colleagues providing support to the Team and Team Leaders as required.


Ensure personal mandatory training compliance and personal development to meet requirements of the post and participate in supervision, training and appraisal.

Proven administrative experience (healthcare experience is a big plus!)

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week. Our core admin hours are 08:00 - 16:00 Monday - Friday. The role will be based at Jenner House, Langley Park, Avon Way, Chippenham SN15 1GG

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will have:

Good general education IT literate Good level of keyboard skills Reception duties/ meeting & greeting the public Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality Knowledge of databases Experience of working in an office environment Able to demonstrate a wide range of adaptable communication skills Excellent customer service skills A good standard of written and spoken English is required to be able to undertake the relevant duties Efficient, courteous telephone manner Calm in a pressured environment Ability to prioritise workload Good communicator Able to work unsupervised Car driver and able to access a vehicle for work purposes
