We have an exciting opportunity for a Administrator to join our team at HMP Oakwood , a category C men's Prison located in Staffordshire
Hours
The site currently offers 20hrs per week.
Worked over 4 - 5 days (Monday - Friday)
Salary
This position is full time, you'll receive an annual salary up to 24,666 per annum FTE - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As an Administrator your responsibilities will vary. You will

• Contribute to the delivery of administration services, to the healthcare team on site
• Working alongside the Concerns and complaints manager, supporting the admin side of the department.
• Work within a busy team, completing a variety of administrative tasks, working on IT systems, maintaining databases/waiting lists/call-up lists, customer service, answering and directing telephone calls, general office duties such as typing, ordering and stock control, scanning etc.

Qualifications required

• English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
• Ability to prioritise workload
• Excellent communication skills
• A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
• Good IT skills and IT literacy
• Ability to work within a busy environment
