Are you organised, proactive, and looking for an admin role where you can make a real impact? We're looking for two Retrofit Administrators to join a forward-thinking Social Infrastructure team in Swanley.

In this role, you'll provide vital administrative support to the Decarbonisation and Compliance teams, helping to ensure retrofit projects run smoothly and meet all compliance standards.

What you'll do:

Provide comprehensive administrative support across multiple projects and teams. Track supply chain documentation, qualifications, and compliance standards. Maintain project trackers and highlight potential issues early. Produce weekly reports and summaries on project progress. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently. Manage SharePoint and other documentation systems, ensuring accurate filing and archiving. Support audits and general office duties as required.

Who we're looking for:

Strong organisational and time management skills. Confident communicator, both written and verbal. Resilient, adaptable, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion. Experience in an administrative role (construction, property, or compliance admin a bonus). Maths and English GCSE A-C (or equivalent). Excellent Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn multiple software systems. Willingness to travel to local work sites as required.
