Administrator (Part-Time)



Location: Trinity Lodge Binley



15 hours per week | 26,500 pro rata



Working hours: Tuesday & Thursday 9:00am-3:00pm, Wednesday half day




Are you an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and a passion for supporting others? We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to join our team in a part-time Administrator role, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of our care home.


About the Role




Reporting directly to the Home Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the administration and financial processes of the home are accurate, efficient, and compliant. Your duties will include:


Developing and maintaining effective administrative and financial systems to meet internal and external requirements. Ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping and providing information as required. Managing financial transactions in line with our procedures, and maintaining financial reporting in the absence of the Home Manager. Supporting compliance with CQC standards and company procedures.

What We're Looking For




Qualifications & Experience:


Level 2 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service. Prior experience working in an administrative office environment. A good understanding of financial systems including debt management, income collection, payroll, and budgeting. Experience managing customers' personal finances with respect to confidentiality and data protection. Awareness of health & safety regulations in the workplace.

Skills:




Proficiency in using various IT software packages. Strong organisational and time management skills. Accuracy and confidence in handling numerical data. A team player who is also comfortable working independently.

Salary




26,500 per annum (pro rata for 15 hours/week)
