The Role



We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented

Administrator

to join our Industrial Services team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same; you will be the backbone of our operations, managing the administrative side of our fleet, plant equipment, and essential compliance certifications.

Key Responsibilities



Fleet Management:

oversee administrative tasks for the company vehicle fleet, ensuring accurate records for maintenance, MOTs, road tax, and insurance compliance.

Plant & Equipment Control:

Assist with the internal tracking of plant equipment, maintaining up-to-date logs on location, usage, and maintenance schedules to ensure operational readiness.

Compliance & Certification:

Take ownership of the electrical certification process, ensuring all documentation is accurately recorded. You will also manage critical paperwork for pipework testing and precision tank testing.

Operational Support:

Provide general administrative support to the wider team, maintaining robust digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to information.

About You



Experience:

Proven administrative experience is essential. A background in industrial services, construction, or fleet management is highly desirable.

Technical Skills:

You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfortable learning new internal systems.

Organisational Superpower:

You have excellent time management skills, the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines, and a keen eye for detail.

Communication:

You possess strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of liaising with team members and external suppliers.

Attitude:

You are proactive, positive, and adaptable--someone who enjoys working independently but knows the value of supporting the team.
