We're looking for a proactive, highly organised, and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. This position is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office, delivering essential administrative and operational support across various departments.
In this role, you'll coordinate schedules, manage communications, maintain accurate records, and assist with HR and compliance processes. The ideal candidate will be an adaptable multitasker with outstanding organisational and communication abilities, able to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Your work will be integral to maintaining the seamless day-to-day running of the office and supporting the overall success of the team.
Responsibilities
:
HR Administration:
Provide administrative support for HR functions, including onboarding, maintaining employee records, and general personnel management.
Communication Support:
Handle internal and external communications, managing phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a timely and professional manner.
Compliance Support:
Assist in preparing compliance documentation and ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Scheduling & Meetings:
Coordinate calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring all logistics are well-organised and run smoothly.
Record Keeping:
Organise and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems to ensure records are easily accessible and up to date.
Office Coordination:
Oversee day-to-day administrative activities to maintain an efficient and well-functioning office environment.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other standard office software.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet competing deadlines.
Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
High level of discretion and professionalism in managing confidential information.
Outstanding organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
