Executive Administrator
, you'll be a vital part of delivering the
flagship Annual GHI Conference
, supporting a global community of over 1,000 aviation business leaders. Your work will help power our One-to-One Meetings Planner, a crucial tool for senior delegates driving commercial growth across the industry. You'll ensure our systems, records, and communications are accurate, professional, and ready to meet the high standards our clients expect.
What we're looking for
Confidence using digital tools, with strong IT and admin skills
Pride in your accuracy, organisation, and quality of work
A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of working in a close-knit team
The ability to balance multiple tasks calmly and professionally
A proactive, reliable approach with a strong sense of ownership
Key responsibilities include:
Processing and managing delegate meeting requests through our planning software
Updating attendee conference pages and website content (logos, bios, etc.)
Responding to email enquiries professionally and efficiently
Updating the CRM and improving data accuracy
Sending out invoices (once generated)
Supporting the creation of social media templates and design
