We are looking for a reliable and efficient Part-Time Administrator to support operations at our nursing home.
This role involves key duties, including maintaining records, overseeing staff scheduling and payroll, assisting with resident admissions, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain resident records and staff documentation
Assist with staff scheduling, payroll, and communication
Monitor budgets, supplies, and billing
Ensure safety protocols and liaise with maintenance for repairs
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare administration preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
