We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing comprehensive administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various software applications and a strong ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ideally Lithuanian and/or Russian speaking.
Duties
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date and well-organised.
Utilise Google Suite for document creation, spreadsheet management, and presentation preparation.
Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to maintain stock levels.
Handle clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Maintain a professional phone etiquette while managing incoming calls and directing them appropriately.
Assist in the preparation of financial documents using QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks.
Support team members with administrative tasks as required, fostering a collaborative work environment.
Ensure that all office procedures are followed and contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes.
Skills
Proficient in Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous.
Ability to computerise processes for improved efficiency.
Excellent typing skills with a focus on accuracy.
Highly developed organisational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with colleagues and clients.
Previous experience in an office or clerical environment is preferred but not essential.
