We are looking for an experienced and highly organised
Administrator
to join our friendly and fast-paced team at our Hampton Court head office. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail and a proactive attitude to support the smooth running of daily operations in a creative and growing business.
Key Responsibilities:
General administrative support across multiple departments (Sales, Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service)
Data entry, database management, and upkeep of product records and order information
Assisting with customer order processing, invoicing, and liaising with customers on basic queries
Managing and responding to email enquiries or redirecting as necessary
Booking couriers and deliveries, and coordinating with the logistics team
Supporting the preparation of reports, stock take records, and meeting materials
Maintaining a tidy and organised office environment
Supporting ad hoc projects and tasks as needed by management
Being involved in the preparation of Trade Shows
Skills and Experience Required:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role (e-commerce experience is a bonus)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Tech-savvy and adaptable to digital systems and evolving processes
Experience using CRM software's and stock management systems is desirable
Positive, proactive, and flexible approach to work
Ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment
