It is essential that the candidate has excellent accuracy in all their work, a good telephone manner and strong IT skills. They must be happy to work in a small team, in a busy, open plan office. A conscientious attitude to work is also a prerequisite. Experience updating websites and managing products on Amazon is preferred so someone with good IT/online marketing skills would be ideal.
Responsibilities:
To assist with the day to day general administrative duties
Answering the telephone / taking customer orders
Replying to emails
Preparing invoices and customer documents for orders
Proficient in using excel.
Some previous experience on Sage an advantage
Booking couriers and pallet collections
Helping with general administration
Updating our website
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in using computer software programs such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to learn new software programs quickly
Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
