Job Description

HUXMOR Limited is looking for an experienced administrator to join this new and exciting Oxfordshire based mortgage brokerage. As a result of a very busy start to the business we are looking to grow.

We are looking for an applicant to play a crucial supporting role by providing comprehensive technical assistance and administrative support. This role is essential for ensuring that the mortgage application process is smooth, efficient, and compliant with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Provide day?to?day administrative support to mortgage advisers and the wider business Assist with the preparation, submission, and tracking of mortgage applications Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other third parties to obtain documentation and updates Ensure all client files are accurate, complete, and compliant with regulatory and company standards Maintain and update internal systems, CRM records, and client files Chase outstanding information and monitor application progress through to completion Support the development and implementation of improved processes and workflows

Qualifications/Experience



Previous experience in an administrative or office support role (financial services experience desirable but not essential) Experience within a mortgage brokerage or financial services environment is an advantage

Skills and Abilities:



Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital document management Professional, reliable, and client?focused approach

Working Conditions:



Full-time or part time position (Hybrid working)

Salary and Benefits:
