Job Overview


Come and join our expanding privately owned property management company in Dundee City specialising in residential letting and serviced developments in and around Dundee and surrounding areas. We are a small, friendly and enthusiastic team who aim to provide an excellent level of service to all our clients.

We require a self-motivated, administrator with an eye for detail and although not essential, the role would suit someone with Factoring experience.

Key Responsibilities



Manage payments from owners including chasing payment arrears

Prepare maintenance schedules for Factored Developments

Entering information into Excel and Let MC systems

Keeping detailed records of maintenance and contractors

Liaise with owners, contractors and tenants

Manage maintenance budgets ensuring areas of potential overspend are highlighted and addressed

Key Skills



5 Years administrative experience

Excellent knowledge of Excel

Professional and friendly telephone manner

Excellent numeracy skills and attention to detail

Full clean driving license essential

Additional requirements



Friendly, enthusiastic and works well as part of a team

Hours



Monday to Friday 9.00 to 1.00p.m.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21-12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
