Logistics Coordinator, Freight Administrator, Transport Operations Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Executive Assistant, Administrative Coordinator, Administrative Specialist, Administrative Support, Office Coordinator, Operations Assistant, Administrative Officer, Administration, Office Administrator, Administrative Associate, Administrative Secretary, Office Support, Administrative Coordinator, etc.

Responsibilities



Process sales orders for the sales and service department to support our customers around the world.

Coordinate shipments, creating delivery notes & commercial documentation for both domestic and international customers.

Support production with job packs and logging and filing test sheets.

Handle reception duties, responding to calls from customers, suppliers, and sales staff.

Verify delivery notes and handle returns to suppliers, ensuring effective communication to support our world class engineers and manufacturing facilities.

Handle production of company materials such as manuals, MSDS sheets & labels and maintain updated records. Assist the quality manager with ISO9001 quality and ISO14001 environmental management system.

Skills required:



IT Skills: Proficiency in using common computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, to manage data, generate reports, and communicate effectively via email. Experience of using ERP, CRM and shipping software would be preferable but are not compulsory.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal and written communication abilities to handle reception duties and interact professionally with customers, suppliers, and colleagues.

Organisational Abilities: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritise responsibilities, and maintain accurate records efficiently in a fast paced environment.

Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to handle shipping documentation, record data accurately, and manage commercial documentation. Experience of generating shipping documentation and invoices would be advantageous but is not a requirement for the role.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues and think critically to find solutions in the context of day-to-day business operations.

Customer Service: A customer-centric approach to handle inquiries and provide exceptional service to customers.

Numerical Skills: Basic numerical skills to manage sales orders, track service and calibration, and analyse data for reporting purposes.
