Administrator

to join our amazing team at our HQ in Uddingston, where you can grow alongside our expanding business.


This is an exciting opportunity to work within an emerging and dynamic industry with regular exposure to new and developing technology.

The Role




We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to become an integral part of our team. Working closely with both our pre-construction and operations departments, you'll keep our projects running smoothly. Your support will make a real difference to how we plan, build and deliver for our clients.


What You'll be Doing



Providing reliable, day to day admin support to our Delivering high-quality administrative support to the pre-construction and operations team Supporting with resource coordination communicating project updates to clients Supporting the project team with work planning and liaison with sub-contractors Keeping project files up to date with latest drawings, standards, completed works documentation and more. Raising Purchase orders and Sub-contract orders through our Navision software.

What You'll Bring



Previous experience in a busy administrative role where you've had to think on your feet Excellent communication and interpersonal skills A natural eye for detail and strong organisational skills. The ability to juggle priorities and manage your time well Confidence using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
