Emtec Fire Systems are a leading provider of innovative fire protection solutions nationwide. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Administrator to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Uddingston. If you're highly organised, eager to learn and ready to contribute to a thriving business, we'd love to hear from you.


As an Administrator with Emtec Fire Systems you'll play a key part in scheduling engineers, managing invoicing, maintaining compliance records, and delivering outstanding customer service.


What You'll Be Doing



In this fast-paced and varied role, you'll be the key link between our clients, engineers, and wider team. Your days will be busy and rewarding, here's a taste of what you'll be doing: Scheduling planned maintenance, callouts, and remedial works for our engineers Keeping on top of engineer workloads and updating our scheduling systems Raising and tracking invoices, helping to resolve any billing queries Maintaining accurate records to ensure compliance with industry standards (LPS 1048 / ISO 9001) Handling client enquiries and updates with professionalism and care Supporting with weekly and monthly performance reports Keeping registers up to date for subcontractors, suppliers, and insurances Pitching in with general admin support across the team

What We're Looking For



Ideally experienced in a similar admin, scheduling, or coordinator role Someone organised, with great attention to detail Confident communicating with engineers, clients, and suppliers Comfortable using Microsoft Office - especially Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiar with CRM or scheduling systems (a bonus, not a must) A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
