Peoples Care Solutions by Christina's is committed to providing personalised quality care at home services to older people in East Renfrewshire and Glasgow Southside. Our Office is in Legal House, 101 Gorbals Street, Glasgow G5 9DW.

The Role.

To provide administrative support to enable the efficient, coordinated and effective planning and delivery of personal care and support to our service users in a fast moving regulated environment. The Office operates 8.30 -5 Mon to Fri, with a 24/7 On Call service.

The Administrator is responsible for the wide range of day-to-day tasks that keep our office running smoothly and efficiently, by providing the administrative support and coordination to management and staff thus ensuring a productive work environment for the small but effective close- knit team.

Working Hours.

The role is carried out:

1. 8.30- 5 Monday, 8.30 -5 Tuesday, 8-30- 1.30 Wednesday

2. 12- 5 Wednesday, 8.30- 5 Thursday, 8.30-5 Friday

Responsibilities.

The Administrator needs to be a real team player with a 'can do' approach and proven experience and knowledge of software systems eg Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Excel. Adhering to work disciplines demonstrating a disciplined, timely and accurate approach to your work and communicating effectively you will:

1. Be the first point of contact for all incoming calls.

2. Support the Care Manager, Care Coordinator and Team Leader with all administrative inputs to ensure our service users' journeys are planned, coordinated and adjusted where necessary; this includes inputting to the CM2000 care management system.

3. Support the staff recruitment process, and their management thereafter including Staff and Training Records.

4. Support frontline carers adherence to allocated work: daily reconciliation, to inform both invoicing for services delivered and staff monthly wages and payroll data documentation.

You will be required to undergo Disclosure Scotland vetting.

Previous work in the health and care sector would be helpful.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 14.20 per hour
