are on the lookout for an experienced

Administrator

to join the team at our Head Office in Uddingston. As an Administrator you'll be providing crucial support to our wider team.

This is a fully Office based role. Working hours are Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm and Friday 8am- 3:30pm.



What You'll be Doing



Handling and checking weekly timesheets and paperwork from the engineering team. Processing expenses and ensuring all information is accurate. Supporting with costing and financial administration when needed. Helping prepare information for monthly invoicing and billing. Raising and uploading sales invoices to client systems. Keeping records and systems up to date and assisting with purchase ledger queries. Providing general administrative and commercial support to the team.

We're looking for someone with...



Previous experience in a facility services environment would be advantageous Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, someone clear, professional, and personable. Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems. A proactive attitude who is willing to learn and get stuck in. Excellent interpersonal skills and able to speak with people at all levels Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision or Dynamics 365 Business Central would be a big plus
