As a growing, independent company with years of industry experience, we're looking for a motivated and reliable
Administrator
to join our close-knit team. This role is vital to the efficient running of our operations, ensuring that customer orders and logistics processes run smoothly from start to finish.
The Opportunity
As an Administrator at Target Power Generators, you'll play a key role in supporting both the sales and logistics sides of the business. You'll manage core admin tasks and help maintain smooth communication between internal teams, customers, and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, review, and process UK and international customer orders accurately
Liaise with internal teams and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries and clear communication
Manage export/import documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin
Build strong relationships with international freight and shipping contacts
Provide proactive, customer-focused communication and resolve issues efficiently
Support the wider team with general administrative tasks, quoting, and customer documentation

You'll Need:
Experience in
sales administration

, or a similar admin-based role
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
