We are looking for an Administrator who will work as part of a team and will need to be motivated, efficient and well organised. The job role is part of a busy engineering environment.
You will need to be comfortable speaking with customers and suppliers on the telephone so a friendly and professional manner is required.
The role will be varied and will include all aspects of office administration so a flexible nature is required.

Involved in Sales, Hire and Repairs by preparing quotations, booking out orders and arranging couriers.
Taking hire and sales calls and determining customer's requirements
Liaising with workshop staff in managing their daily job list.
Costing customer repair jobs.
Organising calibration certificates and maintaining customer record cards

Typing skills are required
Familiar with Microsoft and Outlook
Must have good working knowledge of Excel and Word Packages

We are a small, successful Engineering Company whose culture is built on communication, teamwork and
the ability to react to Company & customer demands. This position therefore necessitates a full-time (5
days a week) on-site presence to fully participate in our collaborative environment.

Pay: 25,500.00-27,000.00 per year
