Dental Administrator
, you'll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced operations running smoothly -- becoming the go-to support for both our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate the booking in and booking out of work.
Generate invoices and manage end of month accounts.
Serve as the first point of contact for both internal teams and external clients.
Handle all communications (phone, email, and correspondence).
Ensure file organisation based on office protocol.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
Manage petty cash and office expenses.
Monitor stock levels and order supplies.
Support the team with general office duties as needed.
Full training will be provided
What We're Looking For:
Essential:
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred:
Familiarity with dental terminology or prior experience in a dental environment.
